ZEISS Certified Pre-Owned Instruments are reconditioned by our factory trained engineers to meet the same factory standards as when the instrument was originally purchased. While there are dozens of “used equipment resellers” out there; only ZEISS can guarantee you’re getting ZEISS Quality, Performance and Reliability, backed by our world-wide Service and Customer Care Team.
Not every used instrument qualifies for the ZEISS Certified Pre-Owned Instrument Program. Only those instruments that have been well cared for, that are still of recent generation and so are supportable for years to come, and have made it through our exhaustive regiment of factory tests, become ZEISS Certified Pre-Owned Instruments. Microscopes that do not meet these criteria are not accepted into this program.
