General Terms: Product will only be shipped upon receipt of an official purchase order number. Payment in full is due on the 20th of the month following invoice.
Returns:A Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department before any products are returned.

Services

We do have a few loan equipment for selected models. Loan equipment is subject to availability and a charge will be made to cover freight costs. Please contact our service administrator on +251913792900, with details of your unit make, model, fault and urgency for further details.
